Mixed-Use Triplex Renovation

Rocks + Cornerstones served as General Contractor and Project Manager for the renovation of this three-story mixed-use building. The project included layout modifications, code upgrades, and interior improvements to meet both commercial and residential occupancy needs. R+C worked closely with the architect and township to secure permits and managed all subcontractors through final inspection.
